Description

Here is a dnd 4th Ed LFR character I have yet to play. Twitch is a "stupid rogue tricks" build. While she has a base 16 AC at first level she gets a +4 class bonus to AC vs opportunity attacks and a +2 racial bonus, in addition to a +2 feat bonus. When you combine that with the -2 enemies will get for attacking her while they are marked by the defender means baddies will have to hit a functional 26 AC or the same as a 6-8th level paladin while she scoots around them to the flank. While the tactic has fallen out of favor, it is a lot more effective these days with the OA based defender auras, allowing the rogue to trigger a number of OAs from both enemies and, in response, from the defender.

I personally dislike halflings. I tend to kill them whenever I can. For playing one I wanted a good gimick. Rogue may be the prototypical halfling class since we all think Bilbo + Organized Crime = DND Halfling. I decided that the idea of a super anal retentive character with a draconian diet and most likely a serious eating disorder would be more fun. I may go as far as to make her a vegetarian to contrast Asclepius, my crittertarian. Nobody does Halfling control freaks with body image issues who get cranky with everybody else because their low body fat percentage is still not low enough. Part of the reason I developed the character thus is that I got the idea looking at one of my Kingdoms of Amalur characters whom I designed to have a look where I would not feel bad having them do underhanded things in game as a rogue. I hate pickpocketing and robbing from people in sandbox games (unless said people are dead). I prefer charlatan rogues to pickpockets and cat burglars.
