Artist's Comments
Here is the 3rd version (there was another transitional design but it never got to ink or even penciled details). I'm still not happy at all with the face (even after much tinkering) but I like the armor much better. The new armor style is more like the clone trooper pilot Mk II Omega armor and also more form fitting. With an angry look and a more hawk like nose it is incredibly hard not to make her face look like a witch. I'm trying to balance the hardness but I've been barking up the wrong tree and I think I need to start from scratch for the face rather than keep trying to modify it. I may change some of the elements of the costume (like the elbow and knee pads) back but I'm overall much happier with this armor design than I was with the previous designs.

That commando knife is a bit like a short sword, but I like its design. (maybe it is really short sword 0_o)
Have you ever played Republic Commandos? (I predict you have played! RC is one of my favorite games) The melee weapon is the coolest I have ever seen. A small knife comes out from the hand plate.

I've seen the demo for RC but never played it myself. FPS and Squad games are not so much my style I'm more the KotOR/Jedi Academy type of gamer.
