Character Portraits 1

These are some character designs for RPGs. Clockwise from upper left:
1. Sean McManus is my Boston Irish Private Eye in a 1920's Call of Cthulu game. He's the old guy and meat shield of the group which has two wealthy Miscatonic University students. He does not have much of a personality because I'm not sufficiently comfortable with investigative role playing to try anything fancy.

2. Oren "Mad Dog" O'Bannon is a scrapper I'm running in Deadlands. He was drafted to the Union Army when he arrived at Ellis Island and has since done prize fighting, thuggery for the railroads, and recently been hired as a bodyguard for a troublesome reporter in Denver. He's a flamboyant fellow who views all non Catholics equally, as heathens. He also has the devil's own luck. With all the bennies he has and earns (plus the GM's bad luck rolling against him) he has yet to be scratched in a fight and is generally in the thick of it.

3. No name but this is one concept I have for for a Deadlands gunslinger or hexslinger. Before you say anything, yes, his appearance is somewhat modeled on the guy from Gungrave and also Jonah Hex from DC.

4. This version is a bit more "man with no name" with a touch of Hex and a resemblance to Alucard of Hellsing. Our Deadlands GM keeps telling us we need people with arcane attack powers (because demons are immune to non magic attacks) and we need a person who has no scruples about killing folk on a hunch and committing various crimes to get "our man". So I figure when Mad Dog dies spectacularly from all the accumulated bad luck he's weaseled out of in the past I'll do the nasty bounty hunter.
