Not much new in this one (though I fixed Gen's hands from the pencils). I did some experimentation with layer types etc for the BG which turned out pretty well though I still suck drawing waves. This pic reminds me of why I don't generally do several characters in a pic. The shading took me about 2 hours per girl to do which brings this pic to about 10 hours total work from start to finish. Hopefully this one will prove popular as it combines my comic characters with the great view magnet known as girls in swimwear. It is a cheap way to get views? Probably, but for next year's 2DD calendar I'll need summer scenes and this is more or less obligatory, right? Maybe in future pics I'll do some better composition but when you are trying to get full body shots of everybody it limits your options.
I can't figure out what "la sopa" is referring to.
But good shading. It looks like it was a painful process since the colors gradually go from light to dark. It looks pretty good.

Ah, colors. My bitterest enemy. Good job on all of it. Who cares about the lack of waves in the background? Why would people be looking at the background?

Wow, you finished ha? Great coloring, I thought you were going to color very simple. Better than I expected ^^
Which program did you use for coloring this pic?
The sea looks straight, no wind there, it is possible. I think sea is good without waves, dont worry about that. However I believe you can do bg better.
BTW, why does DrayeArt like soup?
lo siento, no Español.. just few words ^^
Good point. I must admit that I hated working with color (almost as much as I hated... somewhat still hate inking). Color used to ruin good pictures every time I tried it. Some good books on color theory and a lot of practice are the keys. I only started (grudgingly) using color again in college because my roommate was an artist and he pushed me onto doing it. Later I gave up on colored pencils and moved to more forgiving Photoshop Elements files. So I've only been doing color for 5 years and digital stuff for 4. It's a heck of a lot of work and I still have much to learn but color really helps make your work look more professional and it gives you more tools to communicate with in pictures.

Thanks, it can be a pain once you start going over 5 hours but it can be rewarding also.
